Located in beautiful downtown Nashua, we are a small Aerial Yoga studio offering a safe and comfortable space for yoga and dance. Aerial is our first passion, but we also offer mat yoga, hoop yoga, and belly dance. All levels welcome.

Have you downloaded Groovio, our new scheduling platform yet?!?!

In order to enroll in classes Nov 1 on, you will need to download the app Groovio, select a membership or packages and start enrolling in classes!

EXISTING MEMBERS!: Your memberships will be honored and rolled over until the anticipated expiration date. Once your memberships/passes expire, in order to enroll in future courses you will be prompted to select a new membership or class passes.
