Nashua friends… I finally did something many of you have asked for.

Something new is happening at Calm Down Wellness Studio, and many of you are going to love this.

Over the past year I’ve watched many of you come in regularly for sauna, salt therapy, cold plunge, float therapy, and contrast sessions. And when people stay consistent with these therapies, something really powerful happens… they start feeling better.

Because of that, I’ve finally created Wellness Memberships for those who want to make feeling good part of their routine instead of something they only do once in a while.

Memberships were designed for people who want to:

• recover from workouts or chronic pain
• improve sleep and nervous system balance
• simply feel better more consistently.

We’re hosting HerScan screenings at the studio today (and there is still one ultrasound appointment available), but the rest of the studio has plenty of openings.
