The rumors are true…Dr. Theriault will be closing his practice mid-June 2023. He is referring patients to Convenient MD Primary Care in Manchester.

They will be opening an office in the Nashua area. He feels that they will provide the same level of care that you have grown to appreciate.

Dr. Theriault graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991. After completing his internship and residency at the Peninsula Hospital Center in Queens NY, Dr. Theriault began working as a primary care physician for the Foundation Medical Partners in Merrimack NH.

In May 2005, Dr. Theriault opened his private practice at his location in Nashua.

Dr. Theriault is an independent doctor who's primary focus is his patients. Taking time and thoroughness are principles he follows and applies to his medical practice.

Dr. Theriault lives in Hollis with his wife and three young children.
