At Home By Hunt is a Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) program designed for adults 62 and older who want to continue thriving in the home they love. Members join while living independently, and when support is needed in the future, we help coordinate and cover the costs of care.

It’s an innovative alternative to a Life Plan Community (CCRC) for those who prefer to remain at home. Members also enjoy personalized services, engaging programs, and support that empower them to live fully, confidently, and independently every day.

At Home By Hunt was honored to sponsor the Seacoast Village Project’s New Year’s Members Lunch this January. It was a wonderful opportunity to gather with members, connect over great conversation, and celebrate the mission-driven work happening across the Seacoast.

The Seacoast Village Project is a nonprofit dedicated to helping older adults stay connected, supported, and thriving in their own homes and communities. Their work focuses on social connection, practical support, and meaningful engagement through volunteers and shared community resources.

A big day of giving back!

Members of our team volunteered at the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter, helping get everything ready for the holiday season.

NSKS provides daily meals, a community food pantry, emergency shelter, and essential support services for individuals and families in need. We’re proud to support the important work they do for our city and community.
