As a mental health professional I have worked for the last decade with clients on issues related to depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, adjustment disorders, addiction and marital conflict. I work from a strengths based model and have built my practice applying the concepts of positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy to best meet my clients needs.
