As an innovative nonprofit organization, Harbor Care assists more than 5,000 adults, children, and families in New Hampshire each year, offering solutions to some of life’s most challenging issues. Cynthia Day is a residential substance use treatment program for women, including pregnant and parenting women. Children up to age 12 may visit and live on site with their mothers during their stay. With over 14 years of service to Harbor Care, Vanessa is one of our unsung heroes and has played a key role, both in the success of our housing department and in the lives of countless clients on their journey to housing stability.

Vanessa is not only dedicated to the clients she serves, but she is a strong leader who supports her staff and works as a true team player. Her compassion and commitment shine through in everything she does, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all. Her dedication and willingness to help wherever needed inspire us every day.

Harbor Care, formerly The Partnership for Successful Living, has been able to achieve real and significant outcomes within Greater Nashua and NH. Working in partnership has proved invaluable in helping those we serve—thousands of New Hampshire’s most vulnerable community members—realize their own successes.
