We have a 9:30am & 4:30pm class every day of the week. Sweet Heat Yoga & Pilates teaches several variations of Hot Yoga, Inferno Pilates and Yin Yoga.

Our fabulous teachers will lead you through fun and challenging classes that make you feel better mentally and physically. You will leave Sweet Heat feeling and looking your best! Our Yoga series is designed to safely warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments, and tendons in an order which maximizes their use and strength. With a consistent practice, students will find themselves in their ideal weight range, with excellent muscle tone, and vibrant good health. Inferno Pilates is a high intensity, low impact Pilates class designed to strengthen and tone your muscles. Our Pilates classes are 60 minutes with a room temperature of 95 degrees. We play music that will get you pumped-up and feeling incredible! We always welcome first timers and beginners! Join us anytime, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class you plan on taking. No reservations necessary. We are conveniently located off of the Broad Street Parkway and 5 minutes from Exit 5A on Route 3 in Nashua, NH.
