FRIDAY – RECOVERY DAY 💪

Today we’re honoring recovery and the strength it takes to keep showing up. Today the clients wore a shirt or anything that represents strength, growth, sobriety, faith, or positivity. Every step forward matters.

Day 2 of Spirit Week was all about gratitude 💛

Gratitude is a core pillar of recovery because it helps shift perspective. Addiction narrows focus to pain, fear, and what’s missing; gratitude widens the lens, helping us see progress, support, and possibility alongside the struggle.

Through our Gratitude Wall, clients and staff reflected on what’s sustaining them in recovery. Taking a moment to name what we’re grateful for can regulate emotions, build resilience, and remind us that even during difficult seasons, growth is happening.

When we pause to acknowledge how far we’ve come, we create space for hope and continued change. 🙌✨

Now that we’ve all recovered from the Super Bowl, we kicked off Spirit Week by asking the community who their favorite team is—and we’re happy to see that many still support and love the New England Patriots. 🏈❤️

Recovery & Community

There is beauty in the chaos that comes with choosing to serve a community. It brings peaks and valleys, and in those difficult moments, support matters.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Nashua Police Department for consistently approaching situations with perspective, professionalism, and compassion. When a client is in need of emergency services, their team shows up with calm, respectful communication and genuine care. We could not do this work without their continued support in some of the most challenging moments.

The three women pictured are not only Process Recovery Center employees—they are women who broke free from the chains of the system. Working in partnership toward a shared goal makes this work even more meaningful.

A life of service is a life well spent 🙏🏼

💙 Thank You, Chucky’s Fight 💙

We are incredibly grateful to Chucky’s Fight for their continued support and a $2,000 donation to help our clients with real-life needs that matter in early recovery.

These funds are being used for things like:
• State IDs and Social Security cards
• Work shoes and clothing
• Basic essentials that remove barriers
to stability and employment

Chucky’s Fight is a nonprofit dedicated to fighting teen substance use and addiction, while also supporting people in recovery as they transition into sober living and independence.

This donation goes directly to the people who need it most, and the impact is immediate.

We Are All On The Same Journey

Choosing to take the first step toward recovery is one of the most significant decisions anyone can ever make. When the difference between life and death is hanging in the balance, the idea of change can feel both overwhelming and terrifying. For this reason alone, it seems critically important to ask: “Who do I want on this journey with me?” At the Process Recovery Center, you will never have to sit with us and imagine that our lives are a thousand miles away from your experience. We are you. We have walked in your shoes. We are people who changed. We followed the road to recovery and found unimaginable success. You can, too.

The Process Recovery Center believes in inviting you into our recovery circle to show you how to sustain recovery rather than tell you how to sustain recovery. At the Process, you become a part of our community and family. We do this together. We celebrate our recovery together. There’s no difference between someone who has a lot of recovery time and a little recovery time. We’re all on the same journey. We walk with you.
