My last client and sweet baby of December 2025 are almost here 🥹💙
Mom is READY, and baby boy is already showing strong Capricorn energy because sir is on his own schedule 😂😂.

Now the real question…
Is he trying to wait until my birthday, December 29, to make his grand entrance? 🎉👀
Or will he surprise us and arrive right on his due date?

Either way, we’re waiting patiently (well… as patiently as a doula can 😌) and trusting the timing 🥰.

Come on baby boy — whenever you’re ready, we’re ready 💙✨

Today Was a Good Day

I had the opportunity to teach a Childbirth Education Class at JC Napier today. We talked about what a doula is and the role we play in supporting mothers through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

We covered important topics like:
What to expect during your prenatal visits
Understanding your body and the signs your baby is coming
Creating a birth plan that reflects your wishes
How partners and family can support mom
The emotional and physical benefits of having a doula

It’s always a blessing to pour into moms and help them feel empowered, informed, and supported on this journey to motherhood.
