Staying active isn’t about six-packs or PRs anymore—it’s about keeping up with them. 💛
Chasing an 8-month old around means squatting, sprinting, twisting, lifting, and getting back up off the floor about a hundred times a day. Staying active and limber helps me move without aches, recover faster, and actually enjoy the chaos instead of feeling wiped out by it.
Strength keeps me steady. Mobility keeps me pain-free. Endurance keeps me in the game.
Because these little legs are fast… and I plan on keeping up forever!🏃♂️👶
