Me and my twin nem đź–¤

By any means necessary in this season.

The babies running around, noise everywhere, no perfect setup… but I told myself today was the day I get back to it and I’m sticking with it (at least until it gets cold again).

Not waiting for quiet.
Not waiting for perfect.

Just starting. And staying consistent. 💪🏾

God didn’t call me to do this perfectly He called me to be faithful. So I’m stewarding my body, my time, and this season the best I can.

Mamas, we don’t need ideal conditions. We just need commitment, a little time, and grace. 🤎

How others show up is a reflection of them.
What you continue to allow often reveals the places God is still healing in you.

As God restores your identity and reminds you of your worth, your boundaries begin to shift.

You stop making room for what costs you your peace.
You start choosing what aligns with how God sees you. 🤎

New season. New capacity. Same heart. 🤎
God is calling me to level up and it’s starting with Brainspotting training.

I’m grateful for what this has already unlocked in me, and I’m excited to bring this approach into the work with my clients.

New services coming soon. 🫶🏾

You experiencing human emotions is a part of life. And it hurts when you shame or guilt yourself for feeling.

Your feelings matter they’re important, and they inform you. Having a feeling isn’t wrong, so stop shaming yourself for that.

Instead, celebrate yourself for showing restraint, for calming your nervous system, and for choosing something different rather than being controlled by your emotions.

Not every season is loud.
Not every calling is rushed.
Some seasons are for becoming rooted.

This past season was quiet for me not because nothing mattered, but because God was teaching me to listen more and get familiar with his voice.
Don’t rush or resent the quiet.
It matters just as much.

Growth doesn’t always announce itself.
Sometimes it happens in silence, prayer, and small internal shifts.
You don’t need permission —
but if you’ve been waiting for it, here it is
Becoming is not selfish — it’s stewardship.

Your focus isn’t neutral.
It’s forming your habits.
Your nervous system.
Your sense of self.
What you give your attention to shapes who you’re becoming.
You weren’t marked to live distracted, depleted, or disconnected from yourself.
You were marked with intention, purpose, and design.
Alignment begins with where you choose to look.
Comment “marked” if this resonated.

We weren’t created to carry everything alone.
Sometimes exhaustion isn’t a sign to push harder
it’s an invitation to realign, release, and reassess.
