Is weight loss surgery an “easy” fix for obesity? No it absolutely isn’t! It can be life-changing, but the size of your stomach isn’t the only thing that has to change in order to be successful. Your relationship with food MUST change. The way you think about food MUST change. It is a daily battle and a mindset change for life. Surgery is one tool that helps so much but it’s only part of the battle. You have to find a way (therapy, etc) t change yourself and your relationship with food.
