Save your spot for Mindfulness Hour!
Mindfulness Hour is a weekly group therapy session focused on learning and practicing practical mindfulness skills you can use in daily life. Each session is guided by our clinical intern therapists, Anna, Hallie, and Mason.
We meet in person at 6pm at our Oak Hill office.
Upcoming dates: Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 10.
We love this group because mindfulness can support emotional regulation, ease stress, anxiety, and depression, improve focus, and strengthen relationships. Join as a supplement to your ongoing therapy, or come as a standalone session.
