😫 Even when clients know they're stressed out, they rarely think: "𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥? 𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘹𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘉𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴. 𝘈 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘴𝘵.”

🔍 But stress has health impacts whether you see it or not:
1. Stress intensifies hunger and cravings.
2. Slows metabolism by suppressing thyroid production.
3. Drains your energy, so you’re too tired to workout.
4. Interferes with sleep.
5. Makes it difficult to keep long-term goals front of mind.

Noise, crime in your neighborhood.

Abusive relationships, disputes with neighbors, marriage problems.
🏃♀️ 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥
Overtraining, nutrient deficiencies, dehydration.
😣 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥
Lack of focus, indecisiveness.
🌍 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥
English is your secondary language (or not speaking a country’s language), not knowing a country’s customs.
😩 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥
Anger, depression, anxiety.
💸 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥
Inability to pay bills, unsteady work.

Lack of meaning, hopelessness, despair.
