🇺🇸✨ Honoring Service, Advancing Health ✨🇺🇸
On Veterans Day 2025, The Next Door Recovery, Dry January® USA, and Meharry Medical College proudly marched together in the Nashville Veterans Day Parade — united in purpose, compassion, and community.
This moment marked the beginning of a powerful new partnership dedicated to the health, recovery, and well-being of women veterans — those who have courageously served our nation and now deserve our unwavering support on their journey to healing and wholeness.
Together, we’re charting a new path — one that connects public health, mental health, addiction recovery, and community empowerment under a shared vision: that every woman veteran should have access to compassionate care, purpose, and hope.
Leading this collaborative effort is Dr. Michael C. Caldwell, a Nashville public health leader, Associate Vice President for Vaccine Research & Education at Meharry Medical College, and Chief Medical Officer of Dry January® USA.
Dr. Caldwell’s lifelong mission is to build bridges between healthcare institutions and the communities they serve — advancing equity, prevention, and education as foundations of public health. Under his leadership, Dry January® USA and Meharry Medical College are spearheading innovative national campaigns and local partnerships that inspire healthier living and empower individuals to make choices that transform lives and futures.
💙 This is only the beginning.
💪🏽 Together, we serve.
🌟 Together, we rise.
