I am a Certified Life Coach, Facilitator, Motivational Empowerment Speaker, and Founder and CEO of Keena Konnects LLC. My passion is providing a listening ear and liberating advice to those in need of clarity and guidance. This passion started as a child, I have always wanted to help those that didn't have a strong support system readily available. I grew up feeling lost and uncertain of my worth and there were not many people around that I could trust to share how I was feeling. This led to some bad decisions and my life got off track, it took years to course correct but I made it. Having this experience led me to open up Keena Konnects, because I never want anyone to be in a space where they feel that no one cares or that their voice doesn't matter.
