Based on the Reciprocity Ring model (and inspired by indigenous frameworks that preceded it), this monthly event is built on the principles of mutual aid, where people bring forward needs (logistical, emotional, creative, or otherwise) and the group offers help, including but not limited to resources, connections, ideas, assistance, listening, and solidarity.⁠⁣
⁠⁣
Gaia’s Web is rooted in what is often called generalized reciprocity: helping others without expecting immediate return, trusting that acts of giving circulate and strengthen communal well-being.⁠⁣
⁠⁣
This gathering meets at our office on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10-11am, with a virtual option available (come in person if you can).⁣
⁠⁣

Guided grounding, reflective journaling, symbolic release, and shared intention-setting will be woven together in a calm and supportive community space.

As a q***r therapist in Nashville, Grayson is passionate about providing affirming therapy for folks exploring their gender and/or sexual identities, and supporting them with the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community.⁣

He also specializes in supporting neurodivergent clients, as well as those struggling with eating disorders, addiction, and trauma.⁣
