As this year winds down, we want to pause and say thank you.

Thank you to the people and partnerships who trusted the work.

To the clients, practitioners, and collaborators who chose care, clarity, and health over quick fixes or fads.

Indigo Path Collective exists because of relationships. What we are most grateful for is not what was produced, but how people took time to heal and work toward wellness.

As we move into the holidays, we hope there is space for rest, repair, and reflection. And that the coming year continues to make room for work that honors people first.

With gratitude,
Indigo Path Collective

Most workplaces try to fix engagement before repairing relationships.

That usually backfires.

Belonging is built when people feel seen, heard, and respected again.

Not when they are asked to try harder.

I wrote this piece to explore why repair has to come first and how the Human Relations Matrix 2.0 approaches belonging from a relational lens.

I would love to hear what you are seeing in your own workplace.

2025 required endurance.

Many leaders spent the year holding things together, pushing through fatigue, uncertainty, and constant change. That kind of endurance mattered.

But endurance alone will not sustain leaders in 2026.

The year ahead will require authenticity, renewal, and repair. It will require leaders to realign with their values, rebuild trust, and lead in ways that are human and grounded.

This is the work behind Values AF at Indigo Path Collective.
It exists for leaders who are ready to lead differently.

At Indigo Path Collective, we often describe our work as supporting wellness at home, at work, and across communities. This new diagram brings that idea to life.

At Home: We provide trauma-informed, affirming counseling and integrated behavioral health services that strengthen safety, clarity, and connection.

At Work: We partner with organizations to improve employee engagement, manager effectiveness, communication, collaboration, strategic alignment, and more, applying trauma-informed practices.

Across Communities: We support community programs, integrated care partnerships, and behavioral health education that help people and systems work better together.

Resources: We offer free playbooks, books, tools, and learning materials for anyone seeking to build healthier relationships and workplaces.

This is the foundation of Wellness Everywhere. It reflects how counseling, consulting, and education can work together to improve the human experience in every setting.

If your organization is exploring new ways to support wellbeing, strengthen communication, reduce burnout, or develop trauma-informed practices, we are here to help.

Workplaces across the country are searching for stability, clarity, and a way to rebuild trust after a challenging year. Policies and benefits help, but the real foundation of a healthy organization is stronger relationships, clearer systems, and reliable information flow.

Our newest blog explores how two complementary frameworks, Human Relations Matrix 2.0 and The Trauma-Informed Manager, work together to transform the entire talent lifecycle. These models give leaders a complete relational and operational view of the employee experience and a practical way to align culture, performance, and growth.

If your organization is preparing for its next chapter, these frameworks offer a clear path forward.

The early response confirms something important. Managers need practical, evidence-based tools that help them support people, reduce burnout, and improve performance in real workplaces. This book was written to meet that need with clarity and science, not trends.

To make the book accessible, the Kindle download is free through December 6. The more people who download it, the more visible it becomes on Amazon.

That visibility helps managers across industries access a framework that strengthens relationships, improves systems, and supports clearer communication.

If you want healthier workplaces and more effective managers, you can help by downloading the free Kindle version and sharing this post with someone who might benefit--yourself, your manager, your manager's manager, the managers in your family, and so many more!

On average, adults spend 80% of their awake life working, which is why organizations are implicated in the health of workers at every level. Yet, managers have the biggest impact on the people at work, more than executives, more than customers, more than anyone!

This is why The Trauma-Informed Manager was written. We have to do more and better to equip managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to both improve health and drive productivity as a win-win for everyone involved.
