Join us Tuesday, April 7th from 6-7:30pm for our Mindful MashUp Healing Circle. RSVP via this link: https://www.mashupnation.org/events-1/mindful-mashup-healing-circle-virtual-2026-04-07-18-00

Last month’s Healing Circle focused on using tools to navigate triggers and ground through body signals, and this second session introduces the “Change Compass” and relational support. The circles are now virtual for greater accessibility, allowing participants to join anonymously with their camera on or off, and to engage or simply listen as they prefer. Each session opens with grounding exercises before the therapist leads a resource-based discussion on the monthly theme, welcoming everyone to drop in as they are.

Join us, on Good Friday for a unique MashUp experience, Midnight Service! Reclaim and reconnect with your spiritual body in an affirming intentional space created by us, for us.

Midnight Service explores the intersections of theology, spiritual embodiment, and ritual through a Black q***r lens. Held on Good Friday (April 3), from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, the evening is about resurrecting your whole self and laying to rest our collective shame. Through movement, music, storytelling, and ceremonial practices we hold space to experience and interact with an immersive seven-act interpretation of Jesus’ seven last words guided by Black q***r artists.

Our intention is curating an experience that liberates and invites healing from the spiritual harm many have experienced through traditional faith teachings. Free RSVP linked in our bio and on our website: www.mashupnation.org/events

This free event will be held in the beautiful Riverside Community Commons Church a q***r lead community forward space with a vaulted sanctuary located at: 1211 Riverside Dr., Nashville.
