Tennessee just launched the first statewide domestic violence offender registry in the country. Offenders with at least two charges will show up on this registry. This is far from perfect, as one charge should be enough, and massive numbers of DV offenders never get charged. Still, it is a valuable resource, especially for those who are dating.
