Happy Lunar New Year!

2026 marks the Year of the Fire Horse — a rare and dynamic zodiac year associated with energy, ambition and bold forward movement. The horse symbolizes strength and determination while the fire element amplifies passion, drive and enthusiasm.

Nashville’s office market is showing renewed strength. After a brief dip, the city reentered the Top 10 U.S. markets for real estate investment, ranking No. 7 in CBRE’s 2026 North America Investor Intentions Survey.

According to CBRE, investors are increasingly confident in the office sector, supported by limited new development and steadily increasing leasing activity. These fundamentals, combined with Nashville’s strong economic base, show that it continues to stand out as a compelling office market heading into 2026.
