Important Information on Konjac/Shirataki Noodle

Konjac/Shirataki noodles are 97% water and 3% soluble fiber, so these noodles and other high moisture foods (like tofu) do not freeze well and tend to lose texture when thawed. This affects all Konjac/Shirataki noodles packed in liquid, including Ideal Protein’s Konjac Spaghetti.

Please note, as per the directions, keep noodles refrigerated after opening and consume within 24 hours. Do not freeze.
