We couldn’t wait a full 6 weeks to post this amazing of a result! 🔥

This sweet patient is only 1 week post-op from her lower face/neck lift, and we are already thrilled for her! By tightening the muscles in her lower face and neck, we were able to restore her beautiful jawline!

Her results will only continue to improve overtime, so stay tuned for her 6 week follow up!

Happy Thursday! ✨

We couldn’t be more thrilled to share this lovely patients facelift result!

This sweet patient desired a facial refresher! She was beginning to notice the usual signs of aging that I hear from a lot of our patients; jowling, hollowness, and an overall ‘tired’ appearance. She was an excellent candidate for a Face and Neck Lift, and she opted to combine this with an upper and lower blepharoplasty with temporal brow lift. This restored her facial structure along her face, jawline, and neck, and also addressed signs of aging and heaviness in the temporal and eye region.

She is now 5 months out and feeling beyond rejuvenated and we couldn’t be happier for her! As always, we are so grateful that she has allowed us to share a small part of her journey with you all! ✨

Happy Halloween! ✨ 🎃 👻

This lovely patient presented to the office with 20 year old saline implants. She desired an overall smaller, more balanced , and prettier shape.

Her old implants were too low and too lateral, resulting in severe “bottoming out “

In the second image, you can see just how severe was the loss of breast architecture and structure. We removed her saline implants ans cshe honestly rebuild my the breast pockets from the inside out. We replaced them with SRM allergan 345cc cohesive gel implants. We also performed a breast lift to give her the best overall shape to her breasts and internal mesh bra was used bilaterally to support the pocket work and new stable position. Her implants no longer fall out to her side, or “slip” down when she raises her arms.

We couldn’t be more thrilled for our patient and are so grateful she has allowed us to share a small part of her journey with you all!

Happy Monday! ✨

This sweet patient came to me with concerns regarding her 15 year old implants. She felt as though they were too large for her frame and overall lacked symmetry.

Upon assessment, both of her implants had severely bottomed out and fallen. To the sides in different ways result in profound assymmetry. We were able to correct this by removing both implants and exchanging them for Motiva Demi 360cc implants, also repairing the breast pocket to ensure her breasts didn’t lateralize, and we did an Inframammary (IMF) mastopexy to remove the excess skin near the bottom of her breast so o recreate a youthful taught skin n envelope with hot scars on the breast! Finally, we used galaflex (internal mesh bra) to support her inframammary folds.

This was an incredibly challenging case as she lacked soft tissue coverage and symmetry to her breasts. We love getting to perform these complex revisions as giving her such a beautiful long lasting result is incredibly fulfilling! We couldn’t be happier for her! ❤️

Childhood magic 🪄

We were lucky this fall break to get to spend some special time with our family at Disney World.
It was so special to get to see the magic through the kids eyes and to watch them just have the best cousin time together!

Core memories made! 💫

This case is a great example of our commitment at NPSI to taking on challenging and atypical cases! This lovely patient had an attempted Abdominoplasty via a very unorthodox approach with very poor results. Her skin was stuck to the muscle wall, the abdomen was bulging, belly button was shifted very far to one side, excess skin was left in the abdomen, and she just overall had a dissatisfactory outcome. She also had capsular contracture in her right breast and poor overall breast shape that was in need of correction!

We were able to perform a revision Abdominoplasty and a complex Breast Revision to rebuild the breast into a stable, symmetric, and soft shape.

You can see that her abdomen has more natural contours as well. We were able to move the belly button much closer to the midline and give this patient back a more youthful shape and her strong core!

This is not the kind of case you see every day, but these are the kinds of challenges we love to be able to help patients with! She is beyond thrilled with the outcome and we are so happy for her!

Happy Friday!

This mom came to us with a desire to rejuvenate her breasts and abdomen following weight fluctuations and body changes due to her pregnancies.

We discussed her goals for natural shaped but perky breasts and better core strength and contour.

Here she is 1 year post op from her breast lift with chest wall and axillary liposuction to shape and frame the breasts, and an Abdominoplasty with 360 liposuction to create soft and natural appearing, but athletic and feminine abdominal and flank contours.
You can see how the scars have faded nicely and will continue to do so even further over time!

While each surgical plan is customized to every patient, the surgical approach is always rooted in the same goals of achieving a well balanced result that aligns with each patient’s anatomy and aesthetic goals!

We couldn’t be more thrilled for this patient and are so grateful she allowed us to share a part of her surgical journey! ✨

As schedules pick back up with the start of the school year, reminiscing on some special summer memories where time slowed down just a little and we were lucky to experience some cool mountain air. 💨⛰️

E thrived as an only child until her brother’s returned from camp! She is a fierce little hiker…when in the mood!

Once the crew was back together again, they were thick as thieves. The boys enjoyed mountain biking, and their favorite sport of the summer was skateboarding. We tried our best to keep them busy and wear them out!

Now we are are ready for the new school year! 🍎

Technology is constantly changing the game in the field of plastic surgery. It can help patients explore potential procedures, find surgeons best fit for their needs or aesthetic goals and potentially even help visualize what results may look like!

Our team used Dr. Unger’s before and after photos for this facelift patient to see what it would say!

While AI was (somehow!) able to determine that the surgeon was Dr. Unger based on the balanced and sophisticated techniques used to achieve the results, and did a pretty good job analyzing the surgical outcome, it made mistakes when trying to figure out particular techniques or maneuvers that may have been used intraoperatively.

Surgical skill and artistry go far beyond what AI has the capability to interpret from a still photo (for now!) Technology can always be used as a guide, however, be sure to use it as only one tool to help make your decisions!

Happy Monday! ☀️

As many people know, one of my favorite procedures to do is breast revision. Every breast revision case are completely customized to each patient and allow me to address aesthetic goals while honoring the patients preferences and lifestyle.

For this patient, she felt as though her breast implants no longer matched her active lifestyle. She had an aesthetic goal of smaller breasts and now preferred to only use her own natural breast tissue.

Due to her excellent skin quality and lack of breast ptosis (sagging) she did not require a formal breast lift. She had a good amount of natural breast tissue, but also opted to combine the explant with fat grafting to the breasts to create natural appearing upper pole fullness and a more overall youthful contour. We were able to perform liposuction to her abdomen and flanks, process this fat, and re-inject it to help create subtle shaping and natural contours.

When it comes to fat grafting, the goal isn’t to achieve the same projection and size that an implant creates, but rather we aim for elegant but meaningful improvement in balance and shape that looks and feels completely natural.

It is such an honor to have such incredible patients, and I couldn’t be happier that we were able to help this patient have youthful balanced breast that are all her own natural body!
