Here is a update on our sweet Annie Kate! Super smart, knows her colors, talks up a storm,actually ahead of her age. Except for walking! But we have big big progress!! Thankyou for the love and continued support.

Anistyn Kate had her pulmonologist appointment today, she weighed 16lbs! She has been tolerating not being on oxygen this past month during the day and we got the green light today to see how she does without it at night! If she does well with no night time oxygen then we have a chance of graduating from pulmonology next month, if echo looks good!!

Today Anistyn’s echo looked similar to the previous two, which is good! We are now cutting our pulmonary hypertension medication dose in half for a week. If that goes well, then we will be off of it all together! She was 14lb 1oz! Next month if her echo still looks good, we will start oxygen weaning!

Anistyn we love her so,
We can't wait to see how far she will go.
We went through the darkest clouds,
And the most fierce of winds.
But in the end we were blessed her,
Our sweet and loved little miss Anistyn.
Annie loves her rides in general,
Bathing, she loves that too.
She loves her family,
Forever we will all love her too. ❤️

Anistyn had an echo and pulmonologist appointment last week. She was 13lb 7oz! Her echo looked even better than the last one and it was already improved from when she was in the NICU. The clinical trial drs, pulmonologist, and the PH (pulmonary hypertension) team all met and decided to not weight adjust her PH medicine in hopes that they can discontinue it if her echo next month looks just as good or better. They didn't want to do oxygen weaning and wean of medicine at the same time, so as ready as we are to get it off it might be a few more months.

Update from this week's appts.She still has that mild stenosis in her right upper pulmonary vein but not enough to make them worry. So cardiology follow up will be in one year! Pulmonary doctors are waiting for the final echo ready Monday before they call to schedule next appt, but her pressures on the echo were lower than before we went home so they said they might tell us certain amounts of time to take the oxygen off! The nicu development clinic said she is right where she’s expected to be since they go off of her being only 2 months old (corrected age). She was 11lb 14.5oz!

Anyone wanting to gift sweet Annie here is a idea of cute oxygen tape for her :) And always diaper and wipes size 2! Thank you all for the love, support and mostly the prayers over the last 5 1/2 months!!
