Journey to Wellness update:
This month’s cooking class was all about fresh flavors! Our guest, Hussein Mahmoud, showed us how to make Middle Eastern dishes with in-season veggies like zucchini, eggplant, and bell peppers. Alongside him, our Registered Dietitian shared tips to keep meals both nutritious and delicious. Participants loved learning new recipes—and especially enjoyed tasting them!
