Who We Are
The Regenerative Outcomes Foundation was established by Doug Oliver, a Nashville, TN resident who was legally blind from macular degeneration, and, who, after adult stem cell treatment, had his sight restored.
Coming on the heels of Oliver’s work on the 21st Century Cures Act, which passed with impressive bipartisan support and signed into law December 2016, The Regenerative Outcomes Foundation is the nation’s first non-profit to give direct grants to patients, train them to become an "Ambassador Bridge" between systems larger than themselves, to demonstrate the power in mutual support of shared goals, establish patient services as an integrative component of regenerative medical practice, and research the many behavioral factors contributing to successful patient outcomes.
