We are a fifteen bed adult foster care home. We take pride in our clean and welcoming environment. And strive to make anyone who enters feel at home.

With a killer view and compassionate staff let us show you what 5 ⭐️’s is all about. Come tour today! This establishment has been open since 2004. It is a fifteen bed facility with several excellent care givers. The Flower House is know for its country at home feeling, home cooked meals, and magnificent care. This is a family owned business with a special family touch. The Flower House helps their residents with all aspects of their personal needs like dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, and more. The residents receive ongoing nursing assessments, they have the opportunity to connect with visiting physicians, a podiatrist, and an optometrist that come to the home. Visitors are welcome anytime. At SJ Flower House Assisted Living, we are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our very own — Sam our Night Shift Nurse! — who was recently featured in the newspaper for the amazing support she brings to her community and her friends.

She isn’t just an exceptional nurse… she’s the kind of person who shows up in every part of her life. In the article, she was recognized for being the steady support behind Vermontville’s mother-and-son racing team, helping welcome them home after winning gold and silver at the World Championships in Wisconsin. She even created the patriotic display featured in the story — because that’s who she is. Thoughtful. Dedicated. Always lifting others up.

At work, Sam brings that same heart, compassion, and quiet strength to our residents and our team every single day. She is dependable, kind, and the definition of a team player.
