Many individuals leave rehab before they feel fully ready to return home — and that’s where we can help.

As a licensed home, we provide a supportive, structured environment that helps individuals maintain and rebuild strength, regain confidence, and safely transition back to independent living.

We assist with daily routines, encouragement, safety, and coordination of outside services when ordered — allowing residents the time and support they need to prepare for a successful return home.

Our role is to support recovery, not rush it.

Our annual Christmas party with staff! Missing a few but so glad most were able to come out! It was a great time surrounded but even greater people. We are so grateful for our SJ Flower House Staff! ❤️
