Owner, Kaci Allen, not only coaches from a performance psychology approach, as a Master Certified Sport Psychology Coach (MCSPC), but is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP), allowing her to work with clients on a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationships and other clinical issues. Catch23 is home to The Parent Locker Room and one of the only firms that also coaches parents of the developing athlete to ensure top quality of care as their athlete progresses anywhere from little league to pro-levels. With our desire to work with athletes throughout all stages, special attention is also given to post-sport career planning. Sound mental strategies aren't something that would be 'nice' to have, but are a must if you want to take your performance to the next level, and keep it there. Our unique approach combines Performance Psychology techniques with Clinical Mental Health Counseling and when needed, Strength & Conditioning Consultations to ​consistently produce holistically sound, top performers.
