✨ MPI New Jersey Keynote Recap ✨

What an incredible experience speaking to the MPI New Jersey Chapter on Intentional Living for Sustainable Wellness for High Achievers. This community showed up ready to learn, ready to reflect, and ready to prioritize their own well-being—and I’m so grateful.

A huge thank you to the planning committee for inviting me and for curating such an intentional, seamless event. Your care for your members absolutely showed. And to every MPI NJ member in the room: thank you for your kindness, your engagement, and your generosity. You made the energy in that space truly special.

Here’s to choosing sustainability over burnout, presence over pressure, and intentional living as a real foundation for success.

The Meeting Professionals International Tennessee Chapter 2025 Gala Circle of Excellence did not disappoint! ✨

👖🥂 It was incredible to see our community show up in full black tie and blue jeans—everyone absolutely understood the assignment. The room was glowing with personality, style, and celebration.

👖🥂 Congratulations to all of our honorees and award winners! Your dedication, leadership, and commitment continue to elevate the MPI Tennessee Chapter, and we are so grateful for everything you bring to this community.

👖🥂 A huge congratulations as well to our 2026 board members. I am already so thrilled to be surrounded by such intelligent, passionate individuals who use their voice for innovation and growth. It is an honor to serve as President-Elect for 2026 and, in 2027, as MPI Tennessee Chapter President.

Paging Principal James! 👩🏽‍🏫✨

✏️🍎 Today I had the incredible honor of serving as Principal for the Day! A huge thank you to and your amazing partnership for creating space for community leaders to step inside our schools.

✏️🍎 A fun fact about me — I was a teacher in my past life! Education and children’s welfare have always been close to my heart. It’s one of my whys. Through TRILUNA’s partnership with PENCIL, we’ve been able to donate yoga mats, lead classes, and read to students—so staying connected to our schools in this way means the world to me.

✏️🍎 Thank you to Dr. Miree and the incredible staff at Cambridge Early Learning Center for welcoming me with such open arms. I was blown away by the care, intentionality, and love you show each and every student. 💛

And thank you to for hosting all the business leaders who joined for our Principal for a Day luncheon.
