Hypnosis
Hypnosis can be a life changing event that allows you to achieve success when dealing with issues such as fears, anxiety, phobias, depression, stress, grief, insomnia, emotional trauma, weight loss, smoking and many other issues. Hypnosis allows an individual to go into a relaxed state of mind to retrieve painful thoughts, memories and feelings that may have been hidden from their conscious mind. Hypnosis is referred to as a sophisticated way to reconnect to your subconscious. Once you reconnect to your subconscious you will be able to get to the root of your problems, discover, resolve, and release your inner-power. Hypnosis works through the power of suggestion, yet it is not only the suggestion that gives it power it's the client's willingness to accept it. Without the willingness to be hypnotized, hypnosis does not happen. In order to gain access to the subconscious mind, we must first pass through the conscious mind. The conscious mind is that part of us that is always analyzing, judging, and on guard. It's that part of our mind that we most identify with - the one that is always talking and rambling inside our head. In order to get past the conscious mind and gain access to the subconscious, the conscious mind must be willingly bypassed by the individual. Once this has been accomplished, the Hypnotherapist can really begin doing his or her work and guide you toward changing your subconscious mind in order to reach your goals. Although you're more open to suggestions during hypnosis, it's important to know you don't lose control of your behavior.
