There’s a hidden rule about plantar fasciitis that almost nobody talks about.

And when this rule gets broken, heel pain can drag on for months… sometimes even years.

Here’s the surprising part:

Most people trying to heal plantar fasciitis are unknowingly breaking this rule every single day.

Why?

Because most advice focuses on protecting the foot.

Supportive shoes.
Orthotics.
Resting.
Avoiding movement.

And while those things may calm the pain temporarily, they often don’t address the real problem.

The plantar fascia doesn’t just need protection.

It needs to become stronger.

Think about it this way…

If you wanted stronger biceps, you wouldn’t protect your arm and avoid lifting anything. You’d gradually increase resistance so the muscle can adapt and grow stronger.

Your plantar fascia works the same way.

In my newest YouTube video, I explain the #1 hidden rule of plantar fasciitis recovery, why so many treatments accidentally break it, and

I’ll show you three exercises that help rebuild strength in the plantar fascia.

If your heel pain keeps coming back, this may be the missing piece.

I want to let you in on a little behind-the-scenes moment.

When I sit down to plan my content... what my next YouTube video will be, what I email you about, what I post on social, I don’t just spin a wheel and hope for the best.

I listen.

I pay attention to the questions that keep showing up in my inbox, the comments under my posts, and the same confused concerns I’ve heard for years.

Lately, barefoot walking has been one of the biggest question marks out there.

Most of you have been told:

šŸ‘‰ ā€œNever walk barefoot.ā€
šŸ‘‰ ā€œYou’ll make plantar fasciitis worse.ā€
šŸ‘‰ ā€œYour feet need support at all times.ā€

Others have heard the exact opposite, and now you’re stuck wondering who to believe.

So I sat down and made a new YouTube video to clear it up once and for all.

In this video, I explain:

• Why barefoot walking gets such a bad rap
• When it can help plantar fasciitis
• When it needs to be approached carefully

It's just practical guidance based on how feet are designed to work.

You can watch the video below.

How do you know if your plantar fasciitis is actually getting worse?
Watch for these 4 red flags.

1ļøāƒ£ Pain no longer eases as the day goes on
Plantar fasciitis usually improves with movement. If your feet stay sore all day, that’s a warning sign.

2ļøāƒ£ Pain starts spreading
Heel pain creeping into the arch, ankle, top of the foot, or forefoot often means things are progressing—not healing.

3ļøāƒ£ Pain shows up even at rest
Symptoms should calm down when you’re off your feet. Persistent throbbing or stabbing pain is a red flag.

4ļøāƒ£ Knees, hips, or back start hurting
That’s compensation. And the longer it goes on, the bigger the problem becomes.

Plantar fasciitis improves when you focus on strength, mobility, and healthy movement—not just pain relief.

Best Plantar Fasciitis Massage!

Most people aren't aware that the real trouble with plantar fasciitis often comes from tight, restricted fascia in the feet and calf muscles.

And, sadly, people are unsure on how to release it effectively.

You can't force fascia, stretch it, or ā€œdig it outā€ with random deep pressure.

Done incorrectly, it actually makes your pain worse.

What does work?

✨ Slow, targeted strokes,
✨ The right tool
✨ Following the direction of the tissue
✨ And pairing release with strengthening so the fascia can remodel and actually heal.

This is why Step #5 in my program is SO important.

Releasing fascial adhesions the right way is one of the fastest ways to decrease pain and restore movement.

If you’ve been scraping, mashing, stretching, or beating your foot into submission… there’s a better way.

Want my full fascial-release routine?

Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more posts on social media from foot practitioners who are still recommending the same old advice:

Overly supportive shoes
Orthotics for everyone
And the idea that you should never walk barefoot

What really gets me is that many of these creators have huge platforms.

They could be helping so many people finally move past plantar fasciitis… but instead, they’re stuck repeating advice that’s outdated and incomplete.

I know they mean well.

But I also know how confusing this is if you’re the one in pain.

Support alone doesn’t fix plantar fasciitis.
Avoiding barefoot forever doesn’t restore foot function.
And shoes shouldn’t replace strength, they should support it while you rebuild it.

That’s exactly why I filmed my newest YouTube video.

In this video, I walk you through the top shoe brands I recommend, brands that:

Support natural foot mechanics
Allow your foot to work instead of shut down
Fit into a long-term recovery plan (not just short-term pain relief)

This is how I help patients transition out of pain without becoming dependent on support forever.

The goal isn’t to baby your feet. It’s to make them strong, resilient, and trustworthy again.

Methods that DO NOT work to resolve plantar fasciitis!

There is SO much misinformation out there about plantar fasciitis!

Many of my followers find that my program includes suggestions that are directly opposite of what they have read or heard from other foot practitioners.

That’s why people suffer for so long. They have been given outdated tactics and short-term band-aids that DO NOT produce lasting results.

Some of the most common mistakes include:

āŒ Orthotics
āŒ Night Splints
āŒ Cortisone Shots
āŒ Rest & Immobility
āŒ Static Stretches of The Calf Muscles
āŒ Thick, Cushiony Shoes (Hokas, Brooks, New Balance)

Are you confused yet?

I know, I know, this is all so confusing. I have treated THOUSANDS of cases of PF, and these efforts do not work.

My goal is to introduce you to a new wave of understanding that involves strengthening your feet and allowing you to return to the activities you love.

So, if you're interested in learning what DOES work, comment "GUIDE" and I will share my proven approach.

Have you been told never to walk barefoot if you have plantar fasciitis?

I hear this advice all the time, and while it may be well-intended, it’s actually not the best path to healing.

In fact, barefoot walking (with toe spacers) is one of the most powerful ways to:

āœ”ļø Strengthen your arch
āœ”ļø Improve your balance
āœ”ļø Encourage natural movement
āœ”ļø Reduce foot pain long-term

The key is starting gently and consistently. Just a few minutes a day can make a big difference in how your feet function and feel. šŸ’Ŗ

Your feet were made to move, let’s help them do just that.

Why most plantar fasciitis treatments fail…

You bought the shoes.
Got the orthotics.
Did the stretches.
And you still have plantar fasciitis?

It’s not your fault, you just need a better approach.

Most solutions focus on adding more cushioning and support,
not restoring what your foot has lost: strength and function.

When the foot can’t tolerate load, pain sticks around.

There’s a smarter way forward.

If you want to finally fix your plantar fasciitis and walk pain-free again, here’s the ONE thing you need to focus on:

The one thing (and one thing only!) you need to learn is how to restore healthy foot function using a proven step-by-step system.

That’s it.

And I know that seems obvious, but I see so many people focusing on the wrong things.

They keep buying ā€œmagicā€ shoes like Hokas or Brooks that actually weaken the foot.

They rely on orthotics, cortisone shots, rest, and ice—none of which fix the actual root cause.

They follow bad advice online that leads to more confusion, not correction.

I’ve helped thousands of people finally walk pain-free again—all from following one simple system.

So if you’re ready to get your life back and end heel pain for good...

And you’re sick and tired of wasting money on quick fixes that don’t work...

I specialize in plantar fasciitis, and I have seen thousands of patients with severe PF.

I have been testing and perfecting this protocol for over a decade.

Most of the information out there regarding plantar fasciitis is incorrect.

This will have you wasting weeks, months, and even years on outdated tactics and misguided information that only give you symptom relief.

Orthotics, night splints, rolling your foot on a frozen water bottle, endless calf stretches, cortisone shots, and cushiony shoes are some of the biggest mistakes people make with plantar fasciitis.

All of these methods are short-term band-aids and do not produce lasting results.

You may be pulling your hair out trying to sort through all the conflicting information.

I help people break free from the cycle of short-term fixes and focus on correcting the structural issues that led to your PF.

If you want a copy of my complete roadmap to resolve PF at home, put the word ā€œguideā€ in the comments and I’ll send it right over.

I'm super excited to share with you my newest YouTube video.

3 SURPRISING CAUSES OF PLANTAR FASCIITIS

If you have plantar fasciitis, I’m sure one of your first questions was, "what have I done to cause this?"

In the video, I dig deeper into 3 overlooked and surprising causes of plantar fasciitis, and of course, what to do about it.

3 Overlooked Causes:

A Misaligned Big Toe: When your big toe shifts inward, you lose normal foot function. Find out the best way to begin to realign your toes.

Posterior Tibialis Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD): Many of you think you have plantar fasciitis, but it's really PTTD. This misdiagnosis is common and prevents many patients from resolving their foot pain. (Hint: your pain is more on the inside of the ankle and arch, and not the heel)

The Presence Of Fascial Adhesions. If fascial adhesions are present, stretching and strengthening efforts are virtually ineffective.

Can't wait to hear in the YouTube comments what you think, and see if you have any questions!
