⭐ Subglandular to Submuscular: Internal Support = External Shape ⭐
• Implants moved from an old subglandular pocket to a new submuscular pocket
• Old pocket fully closed so implants cannot slip back
• New pocket created under the muscle for a natural upper-pole contour
• Lower pole strengthened internally for long-term support
• Side pocket internally reshaped to create the ideal implant footprint
• Internal pocket work provides structure
• External lift completes the final shape
