7 things I would do TODAY if I wanted to feel less bloated & more energized in 1 week⁠

First — if you’ve been feeling puffy, sluggish, or like your jeans are suddenly tight, you’re not alone.⁠

Most women feel bloated or drained because they:⁠
• Under-eat all day then over-eat at night⁠
• Go too long between meals⁠
• Don’t get enough protein or fiber⁠
• Drink more caffeine than water⁠
• Have no structure — just “wing it” and hope for the best⁠

Here’s what I’d do today to change that fast ⬇️⁠

1. Eat within 1 hour of waking to stabilize blood sugar⁠
2. Build every meal with protein + fiber + color⁠
3. Stop going >4 hours without food — eat consistently⁠
4. Replace 1 coffee a day with water⁠
5. Cut “mindless bites” (standing & grazing) — sit and eat⁠
6. Add a 10–15 min walk after 2 meals per day⁠
