When you and your partner stretch to love each other just the way you are, you will see the fruit of love. Love - the action produces love - the fruit. The work is to replace the expectation of thinking our partner should meet all of our needs with loving them unconditionally. Then we see the joyful and loving person they were born to be before they developed defenses.

Join us for a Mindful Listening Circle series facilitated by Dr. Christopher Menard.

This group provides adults with an opportunity to connect through sharing the joys and difficulties of this human life. Through sharing we feel more connected to ourselves and more connected to each other. Each meeting with include interpersonal and intrapersonal mindfulness exercises to cultivate calm and connected dialogue.
