coach.k journey into fitness started long before he ever picked up a barbell. Growing up, he ran track at every level—elementary, middle, high school, and even in college—developing a lifelong appreciation for movement, discipline, and competition. His earliest inspiration came from watching his mother lead energetic aerobics classes, where he first discovered the joy of pushing the body and connecting through fitness.
In 2013, Keith found CrossFit, and it immediately felt like home. The blend of athleticism, community, and constant challenge reignited the same passion he felt on the track. Since then, he’s dedicated himself to understanding human performance on a deeper level, how the body moves, adapts, and thrives under the right training.
As a CrossFit coach, Keith’s mission is simple: to share that gift of movement and performance with everyone who walks into the gym. Whether it’s helping athletes hit new PRs or guiding beginners through their first workout, Keith brings energy, knowledge, and a genuine desire to help others discover what they’re capable of.
