Their statistics show that Americans consume double calories than needed on a daily basis, or about 500 calories more, which is a lot. In other words, 20% more since 1970. No wonder Americans are so overweight.

Interesting experience earlier this year. A pr***en became ill at the age of two and dropped to the 2 percentile growth rate. After 20 years of thinking I was free of Lyme disease, I thought I might be experiencing "Post Lyme Syndrome". Then, I discovered borrelia afzelli. I refer to this as Euro Lyme. Since I began a protocol for it, I have experienced the worst herx in years. After three weeks, I have seen an amazing change in my health. Why aren't we hearing about these other borrelias?
