Abe's Garden Community Memory Support | Home Care | Independent & Assisted Living | Caregiver Resources | Dementia Programs

Abe’s Garden Community is establishing a replicable model for senior life that is focused on brain health, wellness and purposeful living. In separate spaces, we provide residential options for those who want to live independently, those who need supportive assisted living and those with memory loss who require special care. In addition to residential services, we offer in home care and engagement services (Abe’s Garden at Home), as well as a small group support and socialization program for those in the earliest stages of dementia (Abe’s Garden Community Group) and an onsite engagement day program for those in mid stages of dementia who are living at home (Abe’s Garden Club). We also have additional support services and resources which may be helpful. Our Abe’s Garden Memory Support Center of Excellence was developed to set new standards for quality dementia care by studying, implementing, and sharing best practices across activities of daily living, design and engagement. We’ve expanded these learnings to offer different approaches of evidence-based brain health and wellness engagement opportunities to everyone we serve across all cognitive ability and service levels. This means all our Independent and Assisted Living residents, and anyone participating in our programs, benefit from some of the most innovative wellness initiatives and brain health programs in the country.

This year’s $3,536 donation will support the Oasis Center’s mission to help young people in Middle Tennessee move toward a happy, healthy, and productive adulthood. Meet Kristin! 🌼

After years working in various corporate roles, Kristin discovered her true calling thanks to a little encouragement from her daughter and a message that deeply resonated with her heart. That calling led her to Abe’s Garden, where she’s worn a few hats — including Volunteer Coordinator — but her heart has always belonged to The Club and its members.

She finds great joy in getting to know each member’s life story and watching their personalities shine through meaningful connection. Seeing members light up with laughter and truly enjoy their time at The Club is what inspires her most. Together with Stephanie, she helps make The Club a space filled with joy, purpose, and belonging. 💛
