🌟 THERAPIST SPOTLIGHT🌟

Alli is an occupational therapist who truly wears many capes and always goes above and beyond for her students. Whether she’s problem-solving on the fly, juggling multiple roles, or finding creative ways to support families, Alli shows up with heart and determination every single day.

When one of her students was unable to receive essential supplies due to the North Carolina flooding, Alli didn’t stop at “that’s not possible.” Instead, she arranged to have a helicopter dispatched to deliver the items the family needed. Her quick thinking and relentless advocacy ensured that her student’s care continued without interruption, even in the most challenging circumstances.

Alli embodies what it means to put students first. Her resilience, heart, and problem-solving spirit inspire all of us, and we are incredibly grateful to have her on our team.

Statement from Alli:
I love working for Enablr Therapy! Working for Enablr feels like working with family. Even though it is a teletherapy based company and we have not met in person, the management has made it an encouraging and supportive environment to work in. I always feel supported and feel like what I do matters! Recently, I have had one of my student’s who is non-verbal, interact using his touchscreen with no help from his learning coach! This was such a pivotal moment for this student as we had been working together for two years and he had always needed assistance. Some of our sweet kids just need a little longer to make a break through and when he did his mother and I both were about in tears! These are the moments that drive us everyday to make a difference in the lives of these children and their families.
