A testimony for the Japanese hot springs mineral shower filter called the Anespa DX. 🚿🛀💦
it’s not just a shower filter, it’s like showering in a hot spring at home!

Inside the Anespa DX filter you’ll find:
Tufa (from Hokkaido’s Futamata Radium spring) this gives water that gentle, calming hot-spring feel 
MIC Stone — helps generate mildly alkaline water that’s kinder to skin 
Power Stone — produces strong negative ions, which improves the “feel” of the water 
Volcanic Stone / Chikutan Ceramics — used as ceramic balls inside the cartridge, helping to slowly release minerals and support the filter’s function 
Tourmaline (in activated carbon fiber) — integrated in the external purification layer; it offers negative-ion effects and helps remove organic impurities 

The system works in stages:

This 2 day TMJ Cranial Bodywork class is a comprehensive continuing education course covering the palpation of the head, neck and TMJ joint.

A tried and true curated blend of techniques by Dee Vickers, LMT. Dee has been practicing, researching and documenting TMJ case studies for over 20 years. This is her most comprehensive course where you will learn a powerful method of TMJ cranial bodywork. A method that will enhance your practice and improve quality of life.

The methods applied in the course include:
Cranial palpation
Myofascial release
Sphenoid release
TMJ intra oral palpation
TMJ trigger point release
Thermal applications

These methods are designed to be applied in the treatment of TMJD, headaches, sinus dysfunction, and shoulder impingement.

Reverse osmosis water was created in the 50’s as a way to desalinate the seawater and was always designed for stripping water down, not for providing naturally mineral-rich drinking water. RO has been used all over the world in industries like pharmaceuticals, food processing, and even microchip manufacturing where ultra-pure water is needed. The problem is the same process that makes it useful for industry also makes it less ideal for drinking. Because the purification process doesnt distinguish between harmful contaminants and essential minerals. RO can be great when used for pre-filtration because it strips out the heavy stuff like chemicals, metals, and toxins however I wouldn’t drink it as is since it also takes out the life and minerals our body needs. You can bring life back to RO water by adding minerals, restructuring it, or running it through a system like the K8, which is an ionizer, that restores alkalinity and hydrogen.
