In addition to bringing color to the intersection, volunteers said they hope the changes make the intersection safer for drivers and pedestrians.

Volunteers needed Friday, Nov 21st and Saturday, Nov 22nd, for this very cool tactical urbanism / mural project, over a year in the making. Big thanks to South Inglewood Neighborhood Association President Brandon Griffith, artist Kellie Lee, NDOT, and Metro Councilmember Emily Benedict Benedict for making making the neighborhood safer and more beautiful!

The murals are part of a larger project to make the intersection more pedestrian friendly.
