This is a crucial time to get your voice heard. We advocate for our clients and now it is time to advocate for our profession. This bill passed the Finance committee today and will go before the Insurance Committee tomorrow. Please write and call them today.
Please say what is in your heart. Here are some pointers if you want to use them In your call or email:We want to register our opposition for HB0295 / SB0044. This bill will harm the doula profession. There is no need for a doula board creation when we have not heard back from the Doula Services Advisory Committee yet. We support doula verification, but a board creation is costly to the state and not needed. The majority of other states that provide doula reimbursement do it through a verification process, not a state board. Please vote Nay tomorrow on the bill

Giving Machines are back! Come to The Square in Franklin, TN until December 15th. Our agency bought a car seat, crib mattress and crib sheets for a local charity. Come down and give a little love to local charities. 100% of the proceeds go to the local charity.

We are thrilled to announce Light the World Giving Machines are returning to Nashville! They will be in Downtown Franklin again from December 6th - 15th at 231 Public Square. The machines are open daily from 10AM-8PM.  Details about daily events are included in the attached calendar.  There is fun for everyone!  We will have five local nonprofits and two international nonprofits in the machines this year.

Mark your calendars for the ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, December 6 at 10AM at 231 Public Square. Please share with your family and friends.  All are welcome. We would love to see you there!
