This month’s safety focus is on Workplace Injuries and Reporting.

🔍 SEE IT
Healthcare environments move quickly, which makes awareness essential. Be alert for hazards, unsafe conditions, or near misses and report them, even if no injury occurs. Early reporting helps prevent future incidents and protects everyone in the facility.

✋ OWN IT
If an injury occurs, follow the required steps immediately. Call 9-1-1 for life-threatening emergencies. For all other work-related injuries, notify your Supervisor or Site Manager right away and contact Priority Care 365 for guidance and medical direction.

📋 FIX IT
SMS Healthcare is committed to maintaining safe work environments and supporting employees through proper reporting, treatment, and modified duty options when needed. Prompt reporting helps ensure safety, compliance, and timely care.
