"In 2006, while living in Belgium, my daughter and I endured a traumatic experience that left us emotionally shattered," says RDR Wellness Founder, Kathleen Ongena. "I felt hopeless—until a doctor introduced me to Alpha Theta Training. My daughter and I felt lighter, calmer, and better equipped to handle life again." Inspired by those results, Kathleen began a 13-year journey of deep research into sound frequencies, brainwave therapy, and mind-body healing. She became certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and studied Sound Healing at the Globe Institute in San Francisco. Through science, experience, and purpose, she developed a unique formula using sound frequencies to support emotional, mental, and physical wellness—accessible and easy to use. Today, RDR Wellness is transforming lives globally through the Soñata line of wellness tools, helping people, animals, and even plants find balance—without medication.
