"In 2006, while living in Belgium, my daughter and I endured a traumatic experience that left us emotionally shattered," says RDR Wellness Founder, Kathleen Ongena. Inspired by those results, Kathleen began a 13-year journey of deep research into sound frequencies, brainwave therapy, and mind-body healing. She became certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and studied Sound Healing at the Globe Institute in San Francisco. Through science, experience, and purpose, she developed a unique formula using sound frequencies to support emotional, mental, and physical wellness—accessible and easy to use.
