There's No Place Like Home LLC provides support to adults with developmental and behavioral disabilities. We have open LPN positions for medication passes for up to three (3) residents per unit with up to 3 passes per day.
Job Description
Verifies identity of Resident receiving medication, checks the MAR to assure correct medication is being given, and records time of administration or self-administration on specified forms or records.
1. Administer medications
2. Supervises the self-administration of medications by presenting medication to Resident and observing ingestion or other application.
3. Observes Resident to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
Preferred:
Experience in a residential setting serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or with other types of special needs populations (rehabilitation settings, nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals, other behavioral health settings, etc.)
Familiarity with charting

This is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Independent Contractor position with Registered Nurse (RN) Oversight
Choose your own schedule (i.e, Only AM/PM medication pass, or Only Afternoon Medication pass)
Paid per visit (May Include: AM Medication Pass/Afternoon Medication Pass/PM Medication Pass)
You must carry your own Liability Insurance
Must have reliable Transportation
1099's will be given as Independent Contractors
