I’m Callie and I’m on the board of the TSU Pro-Bono clinic and we are participating in a fundraiser! My role is to recruit physical therapists to volunteer to treat patients as well as supervise the students (myself included) in bettering their skills as a PT. It is such an important organization, and one that I am so proud to be a part of so we can help the community heal and be the happiest, best versions of themselves. Hey everyone, I’m Ashley! I am pursuing my masters of occupational therapy at Tennessee State University in Nashville. I love this profession and the good OT’s can bring to the world! TSU even has a nonprofit student run clinic that benefits the community with no cost to them!! With that being said, I recently accepted the position of the funds and budget chair for the clinic! I absolutely love this clinic, my fellow board members, and the work that we are doing!!! As we are a nonprofit clinic we rely on donations to be able to keep serving our community. Our Story

TSU Tiger Community Rehabilitation clinic is the first free, student-run, OT and PT clinic in Middle Tennessee. The clinic’s mission is to improve healthcare access to physical and occupational therapy by providing free services to the underserved, uninsured, and underinsured populations in the surrounding Nashville community. Students of Tennessee State University’s Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs team with licensed physical and occupational therapists to provide free, quality treatment while gaining hands-on experience. TCRC opened its doors on August 30, 2019.
