1. Can be done seated or standing.
2. Hold one weight at ear while other hand holds a ball or sponge or rolled up towel.
3. Press over head (or curl if bad shoulder) and squeeze at the same time as standing on one leg! (If seated then lean to that one side)🇺🇸 🗽
