I want to brag on a parent BIG TIME tonight. Not only has she been rocking daily sessions with her son AND collecting data, but she took a nap time to reorganize his room to make him more successful. She took all distractions away from his work space, limited the amount of DVDs and toys he has access to, gave him bins for his clothing so he can get dressed independently each day, AND she organized his games and toys in his closet to promote communication. She said she's so glad she's trusted the ABA process because she can see it working. She is a behavior analyst's dream!
