“People always say the sky’s the limit, but that has never been true for me.”

Imagine doing everything right for years—and still being held back by mistakes you made at 21. That’s been Cindy’s reality.

Nine years in recovery. A mom. A leader. A role model. Still held back by a decades-old criminal record.

When Cindy learned she would get help from her employer, she cried. She called it freedom.

If you believe in second chances, Cindy’s story is worth reading and sharing.

A Clear, Connected Path

Connecting the substance use treatment and recovery ecosystem with an end-to-end platform that delivers personalized solutions—from risk to recovery.

Patients have difficulty navigating the fractured treatment ecosystem and often receive ineffective treatment or go untreated altogether. Providers are looking for new partners and a clinical support system to effectively manage the care and overall well-being of their patients. Health plans continue to invest in treatment that doesn’t work. Saddled with enormous healthcare costs of the opioid overdose epidemic, they are looking for more comprehensive solutions.

Leveraging a high-tech and high-touch approach, axialHealthcare’s risk-to-recovery platform addresses treatment gaps across the spectrum of substance use by connecting ecosystem stakeholders at every stage. Our comprehensive solution identifies patients at risk, prevents escalation in their condition, and supports appropriate treatment enrollment and adherence.
