Required:
• Current RDA or CDA License
• Current CPR certificate
• Current Nitrous Oxide
Monitoring certificate
• Current radiology
certification
• A minimum of 2 years dental
assisting experience

Responsibilities:
•Anticipate needs of doctor
and patients
•Take blood pressure and basic
vital signs
•Maintains accurate HIPPA
compliant patient records
•OSHA compliant
proper sterilization, biohazard
and infection control
• HIPPA compliant
•Knowledge of dental
instruments
• Digital X-rays
• Basic computer knowledge

Green Hills Oral Surgery will be reopening on Monday, May 4th. We have made necessary changes for the safety and well being of our patients and team members.

We have made a few changes which we will list below and also have the most up-to-date information on our website.

1. Patients (and their es**rt) will be pre-screened for COVID-19 related symptoms upon entering the office.
Our team members will also be screened daily for symptoms.

2. Only one patient with an appointment and their es**rt will be allowed in the office at a time.

3. Please wear a face mask or covering upon entering the office and please let us know if you do not have coverage prior to your appointment.

4. Please call our office at 615.385.1644 upon arrival to check-in for instructions.

5. We are limiting the number of patients scheduled to allow staggered appointments and time to properly clean and disinfect between every patient.

6. Please be patient with us these changes are new and we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe and healthy.
