Our style of hot yoga energizes and detoxifies the body and mind. We move at a steady pace keeping students engaged with a mixture of Traditional Hot 26 and Flow. Our practice allows a complete mind and body escape. You can experience greater body tone, more flexibility and an increase in ability to focus on the present. With a consistent practice you should notice an overall improved state of mind. At Sumits Yoga Nashville will LOVE our students! Our gorgeous studio, located in Westgate Shopping Center at the Highway 70 and Highway 100 split, offers stocked showers, including towels, and plenty of parking for our clients. Our Story

Our style of hot yoga energizes and detoxifies the body and mind. A consistent yoga practice allows the body to tone, promotes more flexibility and can increase in ability to focus on the present. Additional benefits of a regular practice can include, yet certainly are not limited to, an overall improved state of mind, bone strength, and posture improvement.

Along with various types and styles of yoga, we are also an officially certified Sumits Yoga studio. For those who enjoy a familiar consistent practice, the sequencing of the Sumits series allows the body to intuitively follow a set of postures designed by master yogi, Sumit Banerjee. As the body and mind become more comfortable in the heated environment and movement of the postures, the body shifts internally to a more moving meditation, connecting body and breath.
